Wang Jialiu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pinghu, Zhejiang Province. Wang was born in 1929, joined the CPC in 1946 and graduated from Beijing University.
Wang began his career serving in various leadership roles within the CYLC Beijing Municipal Committee. Later, he spent seven years as the head of the college work department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee. In 1988, he became secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.
Wang was an alternate member of the 12th and 13th CPC Central Committees, a member of the 14th CPC Central Committee and a deputy to the 15th CPC National Congress.
